The main production activities of the Cardinal LLC company are logging, sawmilling, production and sale of wood products, production of technological (fuel) chips.
The Kardinal LLC has on a long-term contractual basis a timber base with an annual volume of 200 tons m³. Harvesting is carried out within the Arkhangelsk region in ecologically clean areas.
The production capacity for the export direction of sawn timber sales is 50 tons m³.
An important component of the production program of Kardinal LLC is the provision of wood fuel to the boiler houses of the Arkhangelsk city municipality and the Primorsky district of the Arkhangelsk region.

Kardinal LLC carries out production activities for sawing wood on imported sawmill equipment from “Schumacher” (Germany) and “Walter TD-350”, “Walter TD-450” (Poland). The sawing line includes multi-saw machines for processing (sawing) sawlogs with a diameter of 14 sm or more. and small-sized sawlogs with a diameter of 11-13 sm. into lumber, as well as a conveyor line for supply, acceptance, trimming equipment, a Jonabi bag-forming machine (made in Italy).
The productivity of Schumacher sawmill equipment in single-shift operating mode is up to 3500 m³ for the input of raw materials per month, Walter sawmill equipment is up to 3500 m³ per month, a total of 7000 m³. With a two-shift organization of the work process, production capacities reach up to 14,000 m³ of sawing input per month, up to 170,000 m³ per year.
The woodworking workshop for planing wood is a production line manufactured by Weining Germany, in a month the woodworking workshop in one shift produces an average of about 1500m3 of products: eurolining, floor board, bar, rail.
Drying shop at the address Arkhangelsk, Pobedy st., 43 is a complex of eight drying chambers (manufacturer Brunner-Hildebrand, Germany) of convection type, the capacity of one chamber is 200 cubic meters. sawn timber, the average cycle time is 6 days, the production capacity of the drying shop is 8,000 cubic meters per month, 96,000 m3 per year.
Equipment for the production of furniture panels includes an automatic line for splicing along the length of furniture blanks of the F-A17 FL-24 brand (manufactured in Taiwan), two Torwege gluing presses, a Weber brand grinding center, and a Halbach furniture panel packaging machine. Approximately 400 m3 of furniture boards are produced monthly in one shift.
Warehouses for finished products at Arkhangelsk, Pobedy st., d.43 allows you to place at a time up to 10,000 cubic meters of sawn timber products.
All harvested wood and manufactured products of the sawmill and woodworking industry are FSC 100% certified.
For the implementation of the specified production activities, the presence of permits, patents, licenses of Kardinal LLC is not required.
